1. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where your appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. Please note that if your appointment is booked less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, all deposits are non-refundable, and they cannot be transferred to another date or product.

2. Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit.

3. Courtesy Reschedule: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, or you may become ill. As a one-time courtesy, we allow you to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit to a future date, provided the rescheduled appointment occurs within a 30-day timeframe. Please note that deposits will be automatically forfeited if appointments are rescheduled without adequate notice or if you have already rescheduled once. Regrettably, we cannot honor deposits for appointments that are excessively rescheduled.
