Purchasing Hair
No appointment is necessary to purchase our hair extensions or products. However, we recommend giving us a call ahead of time to ensure we have what you need in stock. Please note that our in-store inventory may differ from our online selection.
Our hours for purchasing hair are as follows: Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Yes, we gladly accept walk-in customers during our business hours. However, to ensure you receive prompt service, we recommend booking an appointment online, as our scheduled appointments receive priority.

While we offer online ordering, please be aware that our in-store inventory may differ from what’s available online. If you’ve already placed an online order, it will need to be shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as this depends on third-party couriers.
Payments and Pricing
Yes, we accept digital card payments through methods like Klarna and Afterpay. If you don’t have a digital card for in-store use, you can place your order online and have the item shipped to you.
Our online prices accurately reflect current rates. However, additional products or services recommended by your stylist may incur extra charges. Please note that service prices do not include tax, whereas all hair extensions and products will include Georgia sales tax at checkout.
Please note that our service prices listed online do not include the cost of hair extensions. You can add hair extensions as an extra option at the end of your booking.
Services and Hair Care
Absolutely! All of our services include a thorough shampoo cleanse and a hydrating conditioner treatment. This practice is required by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology for your comfort and safety.
Per state board regulations, all clients must receive a shampoo cleanse in our salon, performed by one of our licensed stylists.
Your clip-in extension set can last up to a year or longer, depending on how frequently you wear them. While the clip combs may need occasional replacement, the hair extensions themselves have a longer lifespan. We recommend removing them daily and reinstalling as needed, rather than sleeping in them.
Clip-ins are wonderfully low-maintenance. We suggest daily removal and bi-weekly cleansing if you wear them daily.
To minimize breakage, we recommend trimming your hair every 6-8 weeks. Frequent trims promote healthier hair.
Unfortunately, for liability reasons, we can only install extensions that have been purchased from Go Sleek. We prioritize the safety and quality of our services.
Yes, we provide color services for both hair extensions and natural hair. If you’re interested in coloring hair extensions, please allow for a 7-day turnaround. For natural hair color, you’ll need to book a sleek cleanse and style appointment first, where you can consult with your stylist about custom color for a future visit. This ensures your hair is in optimal condition for coloring.
